Sloth-Technologies set out to address a critical problem in healthcare operations. Patient data exists across multiple systems, formats, and reports, making it difficult for healthcare teams to extract timely insights. BridgeTheGap was built as an AI powered application that unifies patient data, enables natural language querying, and delivers real time clinical insights to support faster, more informed actions.

MythyaVerse partnered with Sloth-Technologies to design and build the core intelligence and engineering behind BridgeTheGap. The platform integrates directly with PointClickCare using FHIR based interfaces, allowing secure ingestion of structured EHR data and unstructured documents. We designed an AI powered layer that transforms raw clinical data into usable insights, with natural language querying and automated morning report generation.
